List of in house kit suppliers

Post by Marswithin » Tue Jul 10, 2012 3:49 pm

Here you will find a list of all in-house kit suppliers. The people listed here are all members of skully, and are excellent sources of customised kit that's as good as, if not better than what is available online, for a much better price. You also get away without postage costs, because you can arrange to pick items up at events!

Jason Boyle Makes leather armour, bags, belts and latex weapons and shields and props.

The Singing Seamstress For all your soft costuming needs (clothing, eg shirts, tunics, hero pants, historically correct medieval hose and chemises and period correct undergarments) and soft leather kit. Also makes corsets and hair accessories like dreadlocks. Professional quality.

Pixie-led creations Stunning dreadfalls and hair accessories

Me! Repairs and patches, soft costuming (clothing, cloaks, hoods), beastkin accessories (paws, tails, ears, masks, anthro-legs), flags and banners. Also IC accessories like money pouches and jewellery. Soft armour, EG Padded Jacks/Gambesons. Just a hobbyist, good cheap fixes and place holders if you want to save up to get something better long term. Limited workload, but I'll be honest about waiting times.

Charlie Prosser, PM me on here or personal facebookhttps://www.facebook.com/charlotte.prosser.5.

Frock coats with concealed weapons pockets, cloaks and banners seem to be my speciality at the moment, plus usually whatever the crew is wearing!

I have made the odd thing here or there, however, because of my terrible procrastonation and doubt, it takes me far too long to make people their stuff... I also have the problem of, when it is things I'm making for myself I know what I want and if it doesn't turn out quite right or I don't finish in time I'm not letting anyone down or making them the wrong kind of thing. So for that reason, I Won't be putting myself up here but I wanted to give my reason as for why, as people are aware I've made things in the past (rainbow/ lexi the zunicorn's horn and Matt wheeler fae wings)... I just don't have the patience for it >.< and have several half made bits lying around for myself.. Lol

I paint onto leather, design is burnt in, then painted then varnished.

So I can do little commissions if people are interested.

I make full-face realistic masks that would work for the beastkin, perfect for winter larp, can make them more universally summer/winter suited if need be with extra hidden air vents :)

http://www.flickr.com/photos/45841191@N ... hotostream [this one is actually currently for sale on auction, though its a private auction and ends on friday, PM me bids if interested :) bid is currently at £180 and it fits a 22-23" head measured around the eyebrows]

http://www.flickr.com/photos/45841191@N ... hotostream and a more complex mask [ignore the for sale, I need to update the photo, it sold a few weeks ago x)]

the website to go through would be http://www.bf-fursuits.com, my claws are NOT larp safe, the claws on the paws are made of hard resin and only 2-3" long. I can make vinyl claws with a foam core that would be safe to use however, please specify c:
