LARP Camp

Post by lalacollins » Thu Sep 20, 2012 11:35 am

Stef Lancaster (player from Lorien Trust & Fools & Heroes) and his best friend James Bacon (an experienced convention organiser) are up to no good again.

These are the people who brought you "Zombiecon", "They Came & Shaved Us" and "An Alien Stole My Handbag". Well they have organised LARP Camp! (Don't worry these guys are professionals at this.)

The blurb:

LARP Camp is an opportunity for Live Role Players from all systems & genres to come together in a field to chill out, socialise, and have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of fun and interesting activities. We are in the process of putting together a full programme of talks, discussions, demonstrations, workshops, competitions and tournaments on all sorts of roleplaying-related things, which you can join in with as much, or as little, as you want. There will also be taster sessions from various LARP systems, traders, entertainment, plenty of food stalls and, of course, the all-important bar!

Think of it as a festival of LARP....

Ah Ha LARPCON then, now from past experience how mad will these two make it, a lot probably, so providing we have no show (though think that may be LFCC weekend) I will be up for it.
